SCHEDULING TIMELINE- SPRING 2019
•Initial course request material will be available in the spring to be verified by parent. •Final recommendations regarding student placement are due April, 2019, which gives students ample opportunity to demonstrate ability level.
Class cancellations will be addressed on an ongoing basis once the master schedule is determined.
Schedule and/or placement changes WILL NOT be made after July, 2019.
Final schedules will be available on Genesis before the first day of school.

selections prior to appointment.
3. Come prepared with questions.
4. Remind your children to be prepared for their appointment as their presence is key to this process.
