 Francis Albert Sinatra was born on Dec. 12, 1915, in Hoboken, New Jersey. He weighed 13 1/2 pounds.

At only 137 pounds, 20 year old Frank's melodic voice was first noticed when he joined The Three Flashes. They

renamed themselves the Hoboken Four.

  Frank Sinatra married his childhood  

sweetheart in           1939,          

                     but had a total of

 four wives throughout his lifetime.

Frank had three children with his first wife. Pictured above is Frank, Nancy, and thier first two children, Nancy

Frank's talent was first heard nationally, when he joined Tommy Dorsey's band, which was extemley popular at the time.

After opening for Benny Goodman at the Paramount, Frank "Swoonatra" was a star.

 Sinatra's first studio album was released in 1946, after signing with Columbia Records.

Frank Sinatra's life was not all happy and polished. He smoked constantly, drank excessivley, was accused of mafia

connections, and was arrested once on moral charges.

 However, his unmatched charisma kept him alive in the hearts of his fans. Frank not only  recorded many albums, but from the 40's to the 60's, he also performed in dozens of movies and starred in a radio show.

In 1957, Frank and four other famous singers of that day created the famous

Rat Pack. They enjoyed singing,

drinking, and woman.

Frank announced his retirement in 1971, but came back out in 1979, with the album Ol' Blue Eyes is Back.

Frank Sinatra died on May 14, 1998, of a heart attack.
