• Objective to promote Cloud-based-HPC simulation of industrial processes by manufacturing SMEs• Initial tranche of 20 experiments• 22 experiments from a first call• ~11 experiments from a second call• Success stories from initial tranche now available

• Prototype Marketplace nearing completion• Brokering of HPC resources and expertise• A one-stop shop for SMEs to access advanced simulation

• Wide-ranging impact across many economic sectors• Automobile, aerospace, chemical, materials etc.

• Objectives• Support engineering workflows to enable the design,

engineering and manufacturing of complex products• Develop CloudFlow Infrastructure based on standards• Run 3 waves of experiments (13+7)• Exploit results via CloudFlow Portal and CloudFlow

• Impact: Optimisation of products and production• Energy, automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals,

structures, industrial noise reduction etc.

• Objectives: Build a simulation platform for access to commercial cloud and HPC resources• Ready built SaaS solutions for manufacturing SMEs• PaaS for software vendors• 12 experiments
