NexStim BK-4205 Delayed sodium bromate oxidizing breaker designed for controlled release rates at temperatures from 240° to 300°F. Typical loadings range from 0.25 to 2.0 ppt.

NexStim BK-5105 Liquid 8% hydrogen peroxide oxidizing breaker is used to degrade friction reducers used in slickwater fracturing. Typical loadings are two times the friction reducer loading.

NexStim BK-5205 Delayed breaker slurry for guar or guar derivative based fracturing fluids. Effective at temperatures ranging from 150° to 200°F. Typical loadings range from 0.5 to 4.0 gpt.

CROSSLINKERS

NexStim CL-1105 Instant surface crosslinker or crosslinking accelerator that provides immediate viscosity for buffered guar based fracturing fluids. When used together with delayed crosslinkers, the loading will be dependent on the desired crosslink time, but can range from 0.25 to 0.75 gpt.

2% Borate

NexStim CL-1205 Instant surface crosslinker or crosslinking accelerator that provides immediate viscosity for buffered guar based fracturing fluids. When used together with delayed crosslinkers, the loading will be dependent on the desired crosslink time, but can range from 0.25 to 0.75 gpt.

5% Borate

NexStim CL-1305 Self pH adjusting, instant borate crosslinker or crosslinking accelerator with a buffer to adjust the fluid pH to provide immediate viscosity for guar based fracturing fluids. Loadings can range from 0.25 to 0.75 gpt.

Self-Buffering 5% Borate

NexStim CL-1405 Delayed ulexite based borate crosslinker designed to slowly release borate ions. It is recommended for higher temperature applications ranging from 180° to 300°F. Typical loadings range from 0.75 to 2.0 gpt.

Ulexite Slurry

NexStim CL-2105 Delayed borate crosslinker designed to crosslink ultra-low loadings of guar base gels. Typical gel loadings range from 8 to 15 ppt. The crosslinked fluid is specifically designed to complement slickwater fracturing, providing friction reduction, enhanced fracture growth, and proppant transport while decreasing polymer damage.

Borate Crosslinker for 8 ppt to 15 ppt gels
