<;:« The PG IV Maintenance Board Election was held on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the PG IV Clubhouse.The four candidates who were elected as Directors are: John Crescitelli, Rekha Vidyarthi, Gene Bagan andJulian Lewis. Congratulations to the newly elected members of the PG IV Maintenance Board.

HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION REPORTludyHubert

The Homeowners' Association Board is now complete. There were two candidates and two seats available.Since no other candidates came forward the HOA Board did not require an election. We gladly welcome backDiane McAlvin and Marie Brown.

The PG IV Breakfast was wonderful. Over 125 community members attended the HOA function and wereprovided with an excellent breakfast of eggs, pancakes, French toast, sausage, toast, cakes & muffins, coffee andorange juice. A sincere thank you to the HOA Board members, the Entertainment Committee and thecommunity members who attended. It was wonderful seeing so many people enjoying a great breakfast andstaying to chat with old friends and making new friends.

The month of January will be a busy month for the HOA We will be having Bunco, Bingo, Exercise Classes,Line Dancing, Book Reading and the Arts & Crafts Club. We hope to see many community members participatein our activities.

I would like to convey our sincerest condolences to ~the family of Frieda Ponga, from both our boardand the homeowners board. Frieda served on thehomeowners board for many years, she was adedicated person to our community andaccomplished so much. She was a personal friendto my wife and I, and those of us that knew her willsurely miss her, she will always be in our hearts.

Lastly, the pool resealing and sanitization of thepavers has been completed. Thank you for yourpatience and understanding, we have receivedmany compliments on the finished product.
