    Bingo Game

    Function: Reviewing the numbers from 1 to 75.

    Content: Numbers

    Materials: 20 numbers bingo boards (HANDOUT 1).

    Procedure:

    1. The game can be played as the traditional bingo game.

    2. Give each student a bingo board and chips

    3. Start the game by calling on the line to play (across, down, or one of the letters

    B,I,N,G,O)

    4. Students win when they complete their boar correctly and after the teacher checks

    their answers.

    5. Teacher decides how to manage time and competition.

    2. Each player chooses a card and tries to identify the picture.

    3. If he/she identifies the cards, he/she earns the card.

    Function: Identifying the temperatures and the weather

    Content: The weather and the seasons

    Materials: A board, a deck (9 cards), 2 dices, 4 tokens (HANDOUT 3)

    Procedure:

    1. Place the board on the table.

    2. Place the cards on the thermometer. Each card over its name on the board.

    3. Each player throws a dice and moves his/her token that number of spaces

    (the spaces are the letters SPRING, SUMMER. FALL, WINTER, COLD,

    COOL, HOT, and COLD.)

    4. If he/she lands on a season space, he has to associate it with its correct

    temperature. If he/she lands on a temperature space, he/she has to associate

    it with its correct season.

    5. If the player is correct he gains the card. The player with more cards wins.

    from the seasons.

    Materials: a board, 2 dices, 4 tokens, 2 decks, and bonus bills (HANDOUT 4)

    Procedure:

    1. Place the board on the table.

    2. Place the question cards over the questions in the board.

    3. Each player throws the dice. The one with the higher number starts the game.

    4. Each player throws the dice and moves in the direction Spring to Winter the

    number indicated by the dice.

    5. If he/she lands in a space without a question mark, he/she can remain in that

    place. If he/she lands in a space with a question, he/she has to answer that

    question. If he/she answers correctly, he/she earns 20 points and may remain in

    that space. If not, he/she has to go back 10 spaces.

    6. When a player passes though each season, he receives 10 points.

    7. The player with more points wins.
