In 1969, when Panos “Pete” Boukis founded Four Star Meat Co, he quickly

established himself within the Southern California QSR market as a high quality meat

processor. Today, we have expanded to serving not only meat, but over 1,000 line items

to include everything from potatoes to produce. Through internal growth, Four Star Meat

Co. has expanded our sales territory to: Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside

County, Antelope County, and San Diego County - serving a community of over 18 million.

We supply over 500 QSR operators a week. Our company focuses on servicing clientele

who purchase breakfast, lunch, and dinner items for their expansive menus.

For over 45 years, we have differentiated ourselves by market and product

knowledge, our customer service practices, and outstanding record of upholding USDA

standards. Our customers know us, they trust us, and they ultimately buy from us. From

one family business to another, we have established a relationship and mutual assurance

that expands sales, and allows for a greater push in growth for product share.

Supplier Consolidation

Supplier partners will be given the opportunity to build their volume with Four Star via an aggressive supplier consolidation campaign.

Business Review Session

An opportunity for you to work in partnership with our management team to review current sales activity for your products, set sales goals, and strategize for the most advantageous way of developing and promoting your products.

Ideas On Hold

Four Star receives several hundred calls a day. Your Ad message will run for one month at a time - where you can introduce new line placements and promote existing items.

Invoice Messaging

Four Star supplier partners will take precedence over non-participating suppliers for new line placements. Through our focused marketing plan, you will have preferred placement of new items to continue your sales growth.

Supplier partners have the opportunity to promote your company name/brand/logo/product on ALL invoices sent to our customers – over 500 per week – a great opportunity to create impressions and brand awareness.

New Item Blitz

Its our “no show” food show. Suppliers are asked to give aggressive allowances to be passed on to our customers as an incentive to buy in large quantities. With no food show expenses for the suppliers, they can pass their savings to our customers.

Professionally done by Four Star’s Marketing Department. Flyers will be advertised for one week, to our 500+ active operators. Simply provide the allowances and items to be promoted 45 days prior.

The sales meetings are held quarterly. We encourage participation and open discussion. We strongly suggest you supply any materials available: POS, Samples, Coupons, etc. Suppliers have the optional opportunity of a field excursion

Let’s start something new! We will bring in one new item, with management’s pre-approval, for a 4-week trial period. The item will be introduced with samples, an outside-sales sales spiff, POS, and any other information that will help prepare our sales team move your item. Sales of the product must be guaranteed by the supplier. At the end of 60 days, if usage is not at least 10 cs per week, the remaining inventory will be picked up and credited at the original invoiced price.

A variety of options that allow you to feature your company logo/name/brand/product on: a dedicated “featured supplier partners page”, our monthly newsletter, or promotions page. You may also have the opportunity to feature on our home page (www.fourstarmeat.com) including a direct link to your website.

Ipad Marketing

Your name and products are promoted over our sales’ team iPads. We will highlight new items promote any item we stock in an effort to increase sales.

Direct Driver Sales

E-mail Newsletter

Custom html e-mail newsletter. It will be sent to a list of over 1,000 qualified operators within our sales region. Quarterly analytics will be provided.

An opportunity for you to utilize our professional transportation team to deliver your message right to our customers. Whether its a product sample, coupon, or flyer -your message will go directly to the source.
