Yaniv was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns/ JP Morgan Chase responsible for a team thatfocused on large real estate transactions for in-stitutional clientele; underwriting, analyzing andstructuring deals associated with M&A transac-tions. Within 6 months of joining the firm, Yaniv

closed approximately $2 billion of debt and eq-uity transactions and had responsibilities forselling and syndicating commercial real estateloans

Prior to Bear Stearns, Yaniv was a Managing Di-rector and US Head of the CMBS Capital Mar-kets Group at Eurohypo AG. In that capacity,Yaniv built a large loan CMBS group and oversawthe structuring, pricing, securitization and syndi-cation of all loans, and was part of the bank’sloan committee in charge of approving all trans-actions. Yaniv was responsible for designing andimplementing risk-control measures, standard-izing underwriting and pricing models, and struc-turing over $4 billion of real estate loans. Yanivwas instrumental in growing the origination oflarge CMBS loans from $600 million to $3 billionwithin 12 months of joining the firm

Yaniv is a member of the CMSA, was a guest lec-turer at Columbia University, speaker at the Mez-zanine Debt industry conference, and authoredan article on Urban Time Sharing. MYLES J. HORNREAL ESTATE PRINCIPAL

Myles J. Horn has been active in ResidentialReal Estate primarily in the field of Cooperativeand Condominium conversions since 1976. Mr.Horn is a graduate of S.U.N.Y at Buffalo, Phi BetaKappa and Magna Cum Laude (B.A., 1972) andthe University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D.,1975). Mr. Horn has participated in the conver-sion of thousands of rental apartments into co-operative or condominium ownership in dozensof Buildings in the Metropolitan New York areain the last 30 years.

In many of these transactions, Mr. Horn and hisvarious companies acquired, managed, re-habbed, converted and sold these units whileacting as sponsor under the offering plan. Forthe last 20 years Mr. Horn has specialized in theacquisition, management, construction, market-ing and sale of large blocks of unsold units pur-chased from other sponsors or lendinginstitutions. Mr. Horn is one of only a handful ofdevelopers to have successfully de-converted alarge residential building from cooperative torental.

Mr. Horn’s acquisitions include the Helmsley un-sold share portfolio consisting of 627 units andthe Birchwood unsold unit portfolio, consistingof 506 units. Mr. Horn’s latest acquisition is the104 unsold units at the Printing House in NewYork City’s Greenwich Village. Mr. Horn’s primaryareas of expertise are adding value to coopera-tive and condominium developments by reposi-tioning those assets through renovation andredesign, adding amenities and services, exten-sive marketing, and innovative selling. He is anacknowledged expert in dealing with regulatedtenants to obtain vacancies or sales, and inter-facing with Boards of Directors.

Mr. Pariser is co-founder/co-chief executive offi-cer of Taconic Investment Partners LLC. He andCharles Bendit seek out investment opportuni-ties for the company and its equity partners, andlead all capital market relationships. The pairare directly involved in all aspects of the 5.5 mil-lion-square-foot commercial and 1,500 unit res-idential portfolio. They have successfullydirected the acquisition, repositioning and/or re-development of key properties in both estab-lished and emerging markets.

Prior to founding Taconic, Mr. Pariser was presi-dent and CEO of Balfour Holdings, Inc., a na-tional investment and development company.Balfour acquired assets primarily through theResolution Trust Corporation and other dis-tressed sellers and focused primarily on the ac-

quisition and redevelopment of master plannedcommunities. In early 1997, Mr. Pariser directedthe sale of Balfour Holdings to Blackstone. Mr.Pariser has been active in the real estate indus-try since 1978, when he joined Jones LangWootton as one of the firm's first U.S.-based em-ployees. Mr. Pariser’s tenure at JLW focused oninvestment and finance; in 1990 Mr. Pariser wasnamed a co-managing partner, directing JLW'snationwide operations.

Mr. Pariser is a graduate of Washington Univer-sity of St. Louis, and earned a Master of Busi-ness Administration from Columbia UniversitySchool of Business.

As President of the New York region for JonesLang LaSalle, Peter Riguardi leads all operationsfor the company in the New York, New Jerseyand Connecticut area. He is responsible forbroadening the company’s New York platform bydeveloping key client relationships, leadingmajor projects, maintaining senior real estate in-dustry contacts and political relationships, andrecruiting new talent. He oversees a team of ap-proximately 1,700 professionals in seven officesthroughout the tri-state.

Under Mr. Riguardi’s leadership, Jones LangLaSalle has established itself as a market leaderin the New York metropolitan region, and thecompany’s market share, revenue and profitabil-ity have all increased substantially. Mr. Riguardideveloped and implemented a program to ex-pand the New York Leasing and Brokerage Busi-ness and Investment Sales Team, whichincluded attracting top talent from the industryand combining it with the company’s strong

Mr.Riguardi has been a leading New York City bro-ker for over twenty-five years, with many of hiscompleted transactions ranking as New York’slargest.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in September2002, Mr. Riguardi was Vice Chairman and Prin-cipal of Colliers ABR Inc., a company that hehelped form in 1994. He started his real estatecareer at GVA Williams in 1983, where he wasthe youngest Senior Vice President in the firm’shistory. During his twenty-eight year career incommercial real estate, he has been actively in-volved in several of the largest and most note-worthy transactions in metropolitan New YorkCity. Mr. Riguardi is consistently ranked by theNew York Observer as one of New York’s mostinfluential real estate executives.

Mr. Riguardi holds degrees in marketing and fi-nance from Iona College. He is a member of theIona College Board of Trustees. In the past sev-eral years, Mr. Riguardi has been an honoree forThe Rabin Medical Center of Israel, Met Council,Muscular Dystrophy, Juvenile Diabetes Founda-tion, Special Olympics, United Way, The PoliceAthletic League, The Realty Foundation, and theAIR Society. He is married with four sons and re-sides in Rumson, New Jersey, and New York City.

JOELSEIDENCO-CHAIRMANSTONEHENGE PARTNERS

Joel has been in the real estate business forover 30 years, concentrating in commercial andmultifamily real estate in the New York/New Jer-sey area. He has been involved in over $3 billionof real estate acquisition, development and bro-kerage transactions over the course of his ca-reer.

Mr. Seiden began his career in real estate in1972 when he joined J.I. Kislak Real EstateGroup, a real estate brokerage firm. He contin-ued his career at Gebroe-Hammer, a leadingNew Jersey real estate investment brokeragefirm, before creating Stonehenge Partners in theearly 90’s with his business partner OferYardeni.

Mr. Seiden graduated cum laude from BostonUniversity in 1972. In addition, he participates

actively in professional associations includingthe Cornell Business Advisory Council and theReal Estate Board of New York. He is also a con-tributor to numerous charitable organizationsand initiatives including the Rainforest Founda-tion, Rabin Medical Center, the Jewish NationalFund, and Alzheimer's research.

Mr. Seiden resides in Manhattan and has twochildren, Laurin and Evan.

JDS Development Group (JDS) is a real estatedevelopment company formed by Michael Sternfor the purchase and development of luxury res-idential real estate. Mr. Stern has a wide rangeof experience and unique expertise in the fieldsof design and construction, hands on projectmanagement, results driven sales and market-ing, and real estate related financing stemmingfrom his experience of development and con-struction of over 4 Million SF of property in vari-ous capacities in New York and Miami over thelast several years.

JDS is currently developing Walker Tower, a$200 million luxury condominium conversion inManhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. JDS is alsodeveloping 616 First Avenue in Midtown Man-hattan. The development will feature two towerswith over 800 residential units and total approx-

imately 800k square feet. Additionally, JDS is de-veloping 107 West 57th Street, a ground upmixed used tower.

Other JDS developments currently under con-struction include 435 West 50th Street, cur-rently being converted to 54 luxurycondominiums, 202 8th Street, a multifamilyrental building located in the Park Slope sectionof Brooklyn, and 50 North 1st Street, a multi-family rental building located in Williamsburg,Brooklyn.
