Learning is like a meal, because when you eat something, you should choose what to eat and which one is good for your health. So learning more good knowledge, the more knowledgeable you are.

A purpose of being teacher is to be able to teach any individuals to work on critical thinking, problem solving, writing, arithmetic, and social skills. Teaching the basic fundamental will allow students to continue their education successfully. Every educator is equipped with the fundamental skills to mentor a student that desire the need to be educated

Critical Thinking- allowing students to think on their own and question what is the purpose of the subject.•

Problem solving- students retain the information and then executing to find the solution.•

Arithmetic- the student’s abilities to execute knowledge with or without electronic devices and formulate problem solving skills and execute knowledge retain after when a lesson is given.•

Social skills-abilities to retain and communicate by non verbal or verbal

My goal I set for my students is to make them think on their own, solve challenging problems and learn skills that are transferable to other areas. I want my students to achieve their best, which they may not recognize in themselves. I believe learning is hard work that requires serious commitment and utmost focus

• I believe that education is a two way proposition. The student’s part of the proposition is to come the class prepared to learn and my part is to create an interactive environment that engage the students in the learning process in and out of the classroom.

Professional development –remaining a breast of pedagogical in the field. I will continue to improve my teaching skills by engaging in reflection, allowing me to think critically about what is working and what is not. This will enable me to adapt my teaching to better meet the needs of my students.This year I would like to finish my academic requirements and comprehensive examination. After that I write my thesis. I would like to finish my MA degree in the last part 2014. Two to three years from now, I would like to be a Master Teacher or a Guidance Counselor.
