The RCF Forum 9000 includes ful ly digital, audio and data management systemand w as designed f or applications including th e managem ent of local, provincial,

reg ional and governm ent- level author i ty convent ions, meet ings of boards of

directors, council cham bers, cong ress halls and p arl iam ent. It includ es m any

custom isable so lut ions for con ferencing and vot ing t hat can be conf igured and

PC-contro l led. Forum 900 0 is designed to be fu l ly in tegrated w i th sim ul taneous

interpretat ion system RCF Forum 200 0. The system can be imp lemented w i th

cameras for auto m atic f i lm ing of delegates, w i th d ig i ta l audio record ing and

intervention archiving applications. Forum 9000 can be installed using simple

w idely availab le Cat 5 cables and RJ45 connectors.

The RCF Forum 6000 system offers al l the performance features required of

conferencing and debat ing system s, including operat ive funct ions and m odes

that are usually available only in more complex products. The main applications

include: m eetings, sm all cou ncil chamb ers, cong ress halls, conf erence room s and

audi tor ia . It can a lso be used for m ore m obi le purpo ses, such as tem porary

events or halls w here the system n eeds to b e uninstalled after use. Forum 60 00

also includes an integrated simultaneous translation system for foreign language

guests. The system off ers a w ide range of opt ions including t he autom atic

m anagement of a speaker booking q ueue and, w i th an accessory, the cont ro l o f

the cam eras and a fu nction al PC int erface to enable/disable microph one con soles

from a syno pt ic panel. The 60 00 System is easily assem bled u sing RJ45 type

connectors.

RCF Forum 20 00 is an inno vative UHF digit al w ireless solution fo r

simul taneou s in terpretat ion, able to so lve the m ain issue usual ly faced w i th t he

tradi t ional in frared transm ission app roach. In f act, throug h a couple of sm al l

antennas connected to the digital transmitter, the system can cover a room even

several thou sands square m eters large. The safety and th e privacy are set at th e

high est level thanks to an exclusive dou ble encrypting code developed according

to M IL stan dard cr iter ia; the user can simply create new codes as w ell, even a

diff erent on e for each event. Forum 20 00 is, as all RCF Forum prod ucts, simp ly

to install and easy to use.

Forum 9000 is a total ly digital conference system regulating

par t ic ipat ions w i th add i t ional possib i li t ies of vot ing, aud io and

video broadcasting, streaming and recording as w ell as simu ltaneous

translation.

120 consoles FM S 941 1-S on 4 l ines can be connected t o t he m ain

uni t FM U 910 0 and, thank s to t he FPS 960 0 addi t ional pow er

supply unit, the system is expandable up to 250 consoles.

The installation is extremely quick and easy by means of CAT5 UTP

cables, without using boosters or splitters. Forum 9000 offers the

possibility to assign various functions (chairman, secretary, delegate)

in every m om ent to every microphone set w i thou t m od i fy ing t he

system hardw are. M oreover, throu gh t he use of chip -cards inserted

into t he m icroph one set, th e system can upload data, log in and

check the presences dur ing conference and vot ing .
