In order to ensure that the services provided by the security companies within AFAS Live meet the

quality requirements defined by the government and AFAS Live, it has been decided to accredit

the following six security companies: Crowd Support, CTSN, Forty4, HC beveiliging, ISA, Profisec

and The Security Company .

AFAS Live has assessed those security companies in terms of expertise, hospitality, continuity,

active work attitude and knowledge of the building. The agreements concerning this have been

documented in an accreditation that has been signed by both parties.

The lessee of AFAS Live is deemed to engage one of the security companies referred to above for

the show security to be deployed. AFAS Live will provide a security template (security plan) to the

lessee (Art. 6.5 of lease agreement) in which the positions and minimum numbers for the level of

security to be deployed are stated. The lessee is required to supply this security template to the

security companies from which the lessee wishes to receive a proposal. The security company is

required to carry out a risk analysis for the event concerned in order to determine the final level of

security to be deployed on the basis of this analysis. The template has been prepared in

consultation with various government authorities and has been aligned with the emergency plan

of AFAS Live.

The security company has the expertise to determine the final additional security to be deployed

on the basis of the risk analysis, as the template provided by AFAS Live does not take into account

positions in the barrier line, F.O.H, VIP deck, dressing rooms, additional standby teams etc.

As soon as the lessee has selected a security company, the lessee, the security company and AFAS

Live will consult with each other in order to determine the final level of security to be deployed on

the basis of the final number of visitors and latest data.

All terms and conditions relating to show security are set out in art. 4.5 of the General Lease Terms

and Conditions.
