What is a Team? • A group of people working or playing together, especially as one side in a contest.
• Where an individual is able to collect & align energy & competence to allow him / her to accomplish things he / she never could do alone.
• A group of people who need each other to accomplish a result.
• When two or more people work together to understand something, they create a phenomenon called “synergy”.
• Synergy lets us discover jointly things we are much less likely to discover by ourselves.
• Synergy occurs when minds stimulate each other and ideas call forth ideas.
• Synergy can be an exhilarating process of creativity.
