CGE674 FORMATION EVALUATION

GROUP PROJECT Each group is given a set of log data and MDT/DST pressure data of Lebah Field, which is located in Sabah basin. You are assigned to conduct a petrophysical study based on those data provided in order to determine all petrophysical parameters required to estimate STOIIP. At the end of this project, each group has to prepare a report consisting of the contents as mentioned below. The tasks should be equally distributed among the group members and each group member has to declare your own work (which parts have you done) in the declaration page with signature. This assignment will be assessed through REPORT and PRESENTATION. REPORT Your report should include:

- Front Cover - Declaration Page - Table of Contents - Introduction - Main Contents - Conclusion - References - Appendices

The main contents of your report should include:

- Reservoir Rock Parameters o Permeable and Non-Permeable Zones o Shale Volume, Vsh o Porosity o Formation water resistivity, Rw o Water saturation, Sw

- Fluid Contacts o Water and hydrocarbon bearing zones o Fluid types o GOC and OWC

Format of the report:

- Font type: Arial, Font size: 11 - Margin (1 RIGHT, 1 LEFT, 1 TOP, 1 BOTTOM) - Your report should be SIMPLE, COMPACT and INTERESTING. - Number of pages between 10-15 pages (main contents only).
