A different approach than ‘usually’ in ISPIM sessions…

• First we start with a practical gaming experience(Addressing a learning style – Kolb 1976)

• Afterwards we reflect on applied usage in education

• Purpose of this session is an introduction of the game dynamics. Due to time-constraints we combined2 gaming concepts (experiment) foryou as an innovative crowd.

The story…As of now; your team is an existing medium sized company in

“Serious gaming”

The goal of your company is to become market leader through innovation. This requires building a solid strategy that deals with the decision-making paradox of (short-term oriented) market introductions and the (long-term oriented) fuzzy front end of innovation.

“High pressure – Time constraints – Acting on pieces of information”
