A high-mount rearview camera is standard for medium- and high-roof Ford Transit – America’s best-selling van – for 2018. Audio package features Bluetooth interface. Extended-length running boards (late availability with diesel engine) and short-arm power-folding heated mirrors with turn signals are available. Rear scuff plate kit, heavy-duty rear scuff plate kit, D-pillar assist handles and heavy-duty cargo flooring are available as well. A dual-rear-wheel forged alloy wheel package is available, along with push-down manual parking brake (late availability). Charcoal leather seat package and programmable battery guard are also available. New standard equipment includes rear cargo door exit handle and rear cargo LED lamp switch on Cargo Van. Cargo Van with sliding doors features high-strength laminated glass; standard screen mesh added to 60/40-split side cargo doors on van ordered with glass. Passenger Wagon and Cargo Van feature locking glove box and rear cargo door-lock cylinder. Standard D-pillar weld nuts are included on medium- and high-roof Cargo Van. Passenger Wagon and Cargo Van get exposed front lugnuts.
