CommentsExisting Eight (8) Bay Auto Garage and Five (5) Bay Car Wash operating at this location since 1951. Located on the main travel corridor to Millersville University with more than 8,000 students enrolled. The site is additionally licensed as a used car dealership currently, and can accommodate nearly 100 cars. This is a rare opportunity to find a facility of this size that is zoned properly and ready to go. Note that this offering is for real estate only, with the business and equipment to be sold separately.Alternatively, this site lends itself to any service business requiring garage bays, parking and retail visibility. Additional adjacent properties are potentially available for a full-scale redevelopment of the site.
