Welcome!
We are excited to introduce you to the Military Spouse Employment Partnership, part of the broader Department of Defense Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program. The Military Spouse Employment Partnership is an employment and career partnership that serves spouses from all military services. The Department of Defense launched MSEP on June 29, 2011. The program has grown to hundreds of partner employers who have committed to recruit, hire, promote and retain military spouses in portable careers.
The partnership includes corporations, small businesses and other organizations that post job openings on the MSEP Partner Portal, mentor military spouses and other MSEP partners and provide employment data on military spouses hired.
Learn more about program successes, benefi ts and initiatives, and determine if membership in MSEP makes sense for your company or organization. We hope you will decide to join us to support military spouse employment as a way to provide additional fi nancial security and career opportunities for military families.
If you have questions or need more information on MSEP, visit the MSEP Partner Portal or contact an MSEP specialist at 877-940-6737.

“I think the biggest benefi t of being part of the Military Spouse Employment Partnership is understanding that it is a great way to highlight the jobs you have to potential military spouse candidates, but it is also having that partnership [with other companies and organizations]. We found that the partnership has been a great thing for us. The retention rate on Military Spouse Employment Partnership employees has been phenomenal. The ability they have to be able to complete things with quality and consistency has been second to none.” - Megan Curran, Werner Enterprises
