ASX Announcement 2 April 2013
Chaketma Phosphate Project: Drilling results continue to outperform
Scoping Study assumptions
Highlights:
Drilling and trenching at four prospects increases confidence
in grade and thickness of mineralisation.
Significant potential for expansion of maiden JORC Resource -
currently only considers one prospect.
Average seam thickness and strip ratios are better than
Scoping Study assumptions.
Celamin Holdings NL (ASX: CNL, “Celamin,” “the Company”) is pleased
to announce the latest set of drilling and trenching results for the
Chaketma Phosphate Project, located in Tunisia. Celamin continues to
advance exploration of the project with local partner, Tunisian Mining
Services SARL.
The latest set of results encompasses 21 diamond core drill holes and
eight trenches across four prospects. Notable down-hole intersections
include:

Note: Intercept lengths are measured down-hole.
Thickness of phosphate mineralisation in the 21 diamond drill holes ranges from 1.00m to 41.65m, at depths
between 8.90m and 136.30m (excluding holes 49, 51 and 69 where fault zones were encountered or
mineralisation was not intercepted).
The diamond drill holes completed at the Kef El Louz prospect yielded a number of excellent results. Five
holes intercepted greater than 20m down-hole, with over 20% P2O5 average grade over the intercept:
- Hole 68 with 41.65m @ 20.84% P2O5 (0.5:1)
- Hole 70 with 39.55m @ 21.35% P2O5 (0.8:1)
- Hole 57 with 28.45.00m @ 22.01% P2O5(1.7:1)
- Hole 50 with 26.40m @ 21.51% P2O5(2.4:1)
- Hole 67 with 21.90m @ 20.12% P2O5(0.4:1)
NOTE: Results are based on 10% P2O5 cut-off & low waste to ore ratios (from 0.4:1 to 2.4:1)

These results increase confidence in the grade and thickness of mineralisation over the existing Kef El Louz
resource area (see Figure 2) and confirm existence of mineralisation to the south, which could lead to future
expansion of the Kef El Louz Mineral Resource.
Drilling assays for the Gassaa El Kebira Prospect are also very encouraging, with an intercept in Hole 64
measuring 27.90m of phosphate at an average grade of 21.05% P2O5 and a waste to ore ratio of 2.7:1.
Gassaa El Kebira is now covered by a regular exploration pattern of drill holes and trenches in preparation for
future resource estimation (see Figure 4).
NOTE: Gassaa El Kebira was not included in the maiden Inferred JORC Resource announced 9 November 2012.
Two holes were drilled at the Oued Hamouda Prospect and both intersected phosphate mineralisation. Notably,
Hole 66 intersected 13.25 m @ 18.85% P2O5 (4.45:1 waste to ore ratio).
Trenching results:
Assay results were received for a total of eight trenches – five at the Sidi Ali Ben Oum Ezzine prospect and three
at the Gassa El Kebira (see Table 2 and Figures 3 & 4). These trenches were also channel sampled. Trenching and
channel sampling at these locations has been an ongoing activity.

resource announcement, announced 9 November 2012 and available on the Australian Securities Exchange

Background
Celamin and its local partner Tunisian Mining Services SARL (“TMS”) continue to advance the Chaketma
Phosphate Project in Tunisia. The Chaketma Project Scoping Study announced on 14 August 2012, delivered
positive results, including robust project economics.
The Scoping Study emphasised the need to identify additional areas of high-grade phosphate with good
metallurgical properties at a low strip ratio. To this end, drilling activity at the Chaketma Project continued to
focus on the northern end of the Kef El Louz prospect. A Maiden JORC Inferred Resource was announced on 9
November 2012. Trenching is also being conducted at the other prospects at Chaketma, ahead of future drilling
campaigns. A geophysical programme is also underway to assist in the delineation of the extent of
mineralisation and discontinuities.
Metallurgical test-work is continuing to provide encouraging results, and interim results are presently being
collated to enable an announcement to be made shortly.
The Kef El Louz prospect is the largest of the prospects within the Chaketma exploration permit. It is
approximately six kilometres from north to south, and covering more than three square kilometres. Mapping,
trenching and drilling at the north-western corner of the Kef El Louz prospect confirms that this area has the
potential to meet grade, as well as metallurgical and strip ratio criteria.
The Chaketma exploration program consists of mapping, drilling and channel sampling of Chaketma exploration
permit – this includes the Gassa Kebira, Sidi Ali Ben Oum Ezzine, Kef EL Louz and Douar Ouled Hamouda
prospects.
