I N T R O D U C T I O N

This one and half day seminar is aimed to educate

radiographers and student radiographers about

the effective use of Digital Radiography in their

daily practice. The program provides coverage on

CR and DR technology, PACS, Exposure index

and its usage, radiation protection, quality control

and management, reject analysis as well as

radiographers’ responsibilities.

This is a high quality and cost effective CPD

course which provides great opportunity for

participants to acquire good knowledge as well as

to network with individuals who share similar

interest and exper iences in the f ie ld of

radiography. Hopefully, through this seminar,

participants are abled to fully utilize the technology

they have or are better prepared to receive or

convert to use this technology in their department.

O B J E C T I V E

1. To update Digital Radiography technology for the radiographers.

2. To enable student radiographers to acquire the basic knowledge of digital radiography and enable correct application at work.

3. To introduce quality management in digital radiography to the radiographers & students.
