Tot de Dood Ons Scheidt - NEST NL“Till Death Do Us Part’’ is a play based on the well-known Tim Burton movie “Corpse Bride”. The story is about Victor who is to marry into nobility but accidentally marries the already dead Emily. Come watch NEST’s drama group depict Victor’s adventure in the underworld.

Winter concert - MusilonAfter 2 years of online rehearsals, restrictions and two online concerts, Vocal Group Musilon has never been more eager to perform! Laser gaming - ApolloThe Vrijhof will transform into an epic arena, and you are challenged to defeat the Giants during the fi ght. Will you take up the challenge? If you dare, come join this heroic battle between the Giants and the Olympians in the Theatre halls of the Vrijhof. Exact time will be announced online.

Portraits of Tomorrow - GUIDOIn the rush of everyday life people search for moments of inner peace. Composer and pianist GUIDO is capturing these moments of inner peace in his compositions. His music is best described as cinematic neoclassical and GUIDO doesn’t look out of place in the list of names like Einaudi, Yann Tiersen, Ólafur Arnalds and Joep Beving.

SHOT & Shaff y - Student Wind OrchestraSHOT, Micheline Van Hautem & special guest Jos Jansen

SHOT will once again have the honour to perform with Flemish singer Micheline van Hautem and bass trombone player Jos Jansen during the SHOT & Shaff y concert. If you are in the mood for an evening with music from Ramses Shaff y and great ambience, this concert is not one to miss!

EXPO RESHAPE – RETHINK Ketiskia C. Hodge & Jip Bertelink

Sustainability Day on 8 October was the inspiration for this exhi-bition. Vrijhof Culture found two young artists who have dealt with this subject independently in an intimate, insightful, mana-geable way.

Walk-in lessons Painting & Drawing Louis van Aarle

In 8 lessons during lunchtime, you have the opportunity to paint/draw independently, guided by an experienced artist. A diff erent way to spend your lunchbreak and get back to study/work with refreshed energy.

Model painting - Louis van AarleModel painting will introduce you into the study of the body and model drawing. In 8 lessons you’ll get more comfortable with quick and longer drawing assignments. You’ll get to work with live (nude) models, use a variety of approaches and employ diff erent styles from art history.

Oriental Dance - Cynthia Dorrestijn

Feel in 8 lessons how the oriental rhythm makes you shimmy, how the lyrical lines of the melody fl ow through your body, ma-king it move like a snake, while hips and shoulders catch accents.

Workshop Art & Mathematics - Rinus RoelofsAlbrecht Dürer was the fi rst who showed you could fold a paper 3D-model with a polyhedron. Other inspirations are Leonardo da Vinci and Johannes Kepler with their complex double-layered polyhedra. In this workshop you will learn you how you can fold these ingenious structures yourself.

Vrijhof Culture organised this workshop in cooperation with Apollo, Abacus and Studium Generale.

The silent movie project: Laurel and Hardy - Stephan Graf v. Bothmer

The best of Stan & Ollie, accompanied by the music of composer Stephan Graf v. Bothmer, brought live, from behind the grand pia-no. A unique theatre and cinema experience where you go back to the time of silent movies.

Konnichiwa Minicons – Bellettrie On these Minicons Bellettrie hosts some of the fi nest recent anime during the day. Visitors can also read manga, play Dance Dance Revolution, or talk with fellow enthusiasts. After dinner, Konnichiwa will also host three East Asian movies.

Workshop Voice Training - Debbie MureauHow do you convince with your voice? How can you improve your presentation skills in order to give you power while addressing an audience, giving your opinion, or applying for a job?
