WHAT TO EXPECTWhen you come on board, you can expect the following:

Your case will immediately be assigned to a case manager that specialises in the country you want to go to.

Your Case Manager will give you a call to discuss your visa and the documentation required (At all times during the process you will have a direct line of communication with your case manager)

The manager of their division will also make contact with you to introduce themselves and to confirm their availability should you have any issues with the services you are receiving.

Your Online Portal will be created and you will be given can be arranged. access to listed docu-ments we will need to process your application.

Once we have all your documents, preparation to submit your application begins (You will notice during this period that you will receive follow up communication making sure that the process continues smoothly – Offers of support will always be provided)

Once your application has been submitted, regular follow ups ( where available ) will be made toensure you are kept abreast of any developments regarding your case. The results of these follow ups will be relayed to you immediately.
