Within bar and equipment replenishment our
asset tagging process facilitates efficient inventory
management, through which we can measure
consumption and improve upon pick accuracy and
operational flexibility, allowing for customisation by
route or destination.
As we track all equipment within the process, it enables
us to respond to real-time changes in our customers’
operations. And when the product moves to its final
destination, we employ vehicle location tracking within
our fleet management, ensuring maximum efficiency
and time critical delivery.
INTRODUCING THE NEW DOUBLE DECK HIGH LOADER – TWICE THE CAPACITY, HALF THE EMISSIONS
DOUBLE DECK HIGH-LOADER
To support long haul catering services, we set about
optimising efficiency throughout the supply chain. The
objective has been to increase the capacity of the High-
Loader while complying with global operating standards
which set restrictions on height, length and width.
Working with High-Loader specialist Mallaghan
Engineering, we devised a new design which meets all
current length, height and width restrictions in transit,
and rises during loading and unloading to provide
operators with a safe working height of 1.8m. The new
Double Deck High-Loader will revolutionise airline
catering deliveries through increasing load capacities
by 70% and reducing operating costs by up to 20%. The
additional capacity will help reduce costs within the
final mile as well as reduce carbon emission.

AUTOMATED STOCK CONSUMPTION (ASC)
We’ve created a consumption tool that can give
your networks a view of products purchased on
each journey. This optimises the selling opportunity
whilst making significant savings to fuel costs by
literally lightening the load. A lean mode of inventory
management, allowing for maximum time and money
to be focused on your customers.
WASTE TO ENERGY
Our waste to energy system takes food waste and
creates a valuable resource – biomass fuel. Dried food
fuels the boiler which generates heat and hot water.
This is connected to one or more of your heat or hot
water demands reducing the demand on depleting
fossil fuels. So far, frequency of waste collections has
reduced by 80%, lowering traffic and third party CO2
emissions. We are committed to delivering significant
environmental improvements for our customers and
will continue to innovate in dealing with challenges
within the supply chain, reducing landfill and
supporting airlines’ climate change goals.
