Mr. K. Lingasparan is a dynamic, thought-provoking, energizing and experienced professional trainer and Coach specialized in Human Resource, Industrial Relation, Leadership, Sales Mastery and Personal Development. He has been delivering training courses and coaching since late 1990’s which have produced exceptional results and change positively career and lives of many. He is a Certified HRDF Trainer, and holds MBA in Human Resource Management. He has over 20 years of experience at senior management level managing large multi-national organisations. His delivery using true power of NLP has produced extraordinary results in many who have attended his trainings and coaching sessions. He blends a powerful delivery style with a gift for storytelling and connecting with audiences in a way that moves them to action. His sessions are high in content that people can use immediately for greater success and effectiveness. Mr. K. Lingasparan is a well-known advisor in the circle of human resource executives and leaders. Many organizations turn to him for advice and counsel on human resources management, leadership, change management and high performance in business. Mr. Y. Prabakara Rao has been lecturing since 1995 on Human Resources Management, General Management and Marketing subjects. He is currently a lecturer of Stamford College Group. Mr. Rao graduated from University of Hull, United Kingdom with a Masters of Business Administration in 1996. He also holds a Diploma in Industrial Relations and Certificate in Business Studies. Having held the position of managerial level in the Human Resource department, he has been involved in the management, staff and board meeting, overseeing the staffing, employee benefits, training, labour and industrial relations matters. Mr. Rao is also a panel trainer of FMM Institute and lectures the Malaysian Employment Law module in the Diploma in Human Resource and Industrial Relations. Mr. Izil Kamal holds a MBA, Bachelor Engineering (Honours) in Chemical Engineering, Diploma in Industrial Chemistry and Certificate in Electrical Process Instrumentation . He has been a Safety and Health practitioner for more than 13 years. He had also attended numerous Train-the-Trainer program from NIOSH & HRDC (PSMB Train-the-trainer) and various risk, safety, technical and management skill trainings. He is also an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 (QESH) lead assessor and an associate member of IChemE (an organization of chemical engineers based in UK). His previous industrial responsibilities includes handling total Quality and EHS management, Emergency Response Team, general plant maintenance, plants utilities (electricity, RODI, HVAC, air-conditioning, air compressors, scheduled wastes management, etc.), general housekeeping, operations of plant’s pollution control equipments (waste water treatment & sewage plants, scrubber / chimney discharges, etc.). Mr. Izil Kamal has conducted numerous public and in-house courses on areas of Management, Soft skills, 5S, Environment, Health and Safety in Penang and other states in Malaysia since 2000. His area of training expertise include Total Chemical Safety Management, Waste management, HIRARC, Emergency Response Planning and Electrical Safety. Encik Ahmad Fauzi has worked in large multi-national organisations as well as local conglomerates since 1982 in various functional areas from sales, human resources, business development as well as operations and accounts management, in the consumer goods, palm oil, electronics and contract manufacturing industries. He holds an MBA qualification from USM and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science (Applied Chemistry) from Curtin University, Australia. He began his training career with his part-time lecturing at UiTM, Shah Alam in 1983. Encik Fauzi was the Programme Manager of Solectron Technology Sdn Bhd. Prior to this; he was with Palmco Holdings Berhad as its Training & Development Manager. While working at these Organisations, he has contributed to many in-house programs like Performance Appraisal, Supervisory/ Executive Development Programs, Motivation, Communications, Time Management, Leadership and Quality Awareness for various levels of staff during his employment with these companies. In providing training and consultancy, his client list covers some of the most well known names in the industry including SONY, Panasonic, Sharp-Roxy, Modenas, Shell, Naza Automotive Manufacturing, Public Mutual Fund Managers, Malaysian Navy and Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority (LOFSA).
