As we are 4 partners, each one of us will raise an amount of Rs. 400,000, amounting to Rs. 1,600,000. EDI will provide a loan of Rs 200,000 to each of the partners, which amounts to Rs. 800,000. Therefore, total capital raised will be :Rs. 1,600, 000 + 800,000 = Rs. 2,400,000.
