OVERVIEW OF TRAINING MODULES 20 MAINTENANCE AND ELECTRICAL CONTROL

TRAINING MODULE DURATION

Basic Machine Settings

The training module provides specific knowledge on optimal and low-wear adjustment

of the individual machine stations to reduce maintenance and repair costs.2 days

Preventive Maintenance

This training module reduces the risk of unscheduled machine downtimes and minimizes

maintenance costs by specific instructions for planned maintenance activities at IMA DAIRY &

FOOD Hassia machines.

Efficient Trouble Shooting

The training module provides knowledge on proven trouble shooting procedures and enhances

the options for action to reduce unscheduled machine downtimes.2 days

Electrical Control – Hardware (INDEL, PacDrive, ControlLogix)

Target of the training is to identify and fix hardware problems in a structured and efficient manner

to reduce machine downtimes caused by errors of electrical components.2 days

Electrical Control – Software (INDEL, PacDrive, ControlLogix)

Target of the training is to analyze and fix complex errors by correct and efficient use of the available

software based diagnostic tools. Reduces unplanned machine downtimes.2 days

Terms Costs (excl. VAT)

Training courses for operators, maintenance and technical staff :

• Price per training day (maximum 8 h/day), without travel costs.

• Includes a training handout for each participant on paper and as PDF.
