The E-Fully.Where the road forks and you arrive at extreme and challenging terrain, this is where the wheat separates from the chaff. Each of the components shows the implac-able quality that make the Uproc6 a ground-breaking, unrelenting and elaborate E-bike with many finesses: 160 mm RockShox sus-pension fork, suspension with compensat-ing tank, Shimano derallieur gears and disk brakes, and hydraulically adjustable Vario seat post by RockShox, to name only a few.The combination of 27.5 inch tyres at front

and 26 inch tyres at back are an absolute innovation – an intelligent step towards optimum roll-over resistance and maximum manoeuvrability. The necessary energy and dynamics are provided by the Bosch motor from the Performance Line CX that is spe-cifically tuned for FLYER. The novel posi-tioning of the chain stays prevents the chain from touching the rear frame.

Components1 Operating console (Display)

All FLYER E mountain bikes are equipped with a centrally-mounted Bosch operating console. The display is removable and is complemented by an ergonomic operating console. It comes with USB support and has a clear and user friendly design.

Switching between assistance levels and activating the pushing aid as well as retrieving information (average and maximum speed, trip and total dis-tance remaining capacity, range) are intuitive to operate.

With Nyon, you hold the key to a new, uniquely networked eBike world in your hands. Nyon as-sists you from planning your route to evaluating your performance. Nyon links you to the online portal www.ebike-connect.com and the smart-phone app «eBike Connect» and off ers many features to assist you before, during and after your trip. Even before the actual start, you can use precise map material for optimal route-plan-ning; en route, Nyon assists you with personal in-formation about your tour and after your arrival at the destination you can even analyse the eff ects of your training. And Nyon develops according to your needs: with every new update and optional extra

functions, your personal e-bike experience beco-mes even more versatile. Look forward to an utterly new e-mobility focusing on you and your wishes.

2 MotorBosch central motorThe FLYER E mountain bikes contain a Bosch cen-tral motor system. The Bosch system Performance Line has four assistance levels: Eco, tour, sport and turbo. The battery attached to the down tube pro-vides an optimal low centre of gravity. For all those who like it particularly sportive and powerful, the Performance Line CX off ers an entirely new rid-ing experience. Generating up to 25 km/h with a motor that is specifically tuned for FLYER, Bosch unleashes concentrated energy and dynamics onto the streets, tracks, passes, or the single trail. The vigorous motor system combines its performance with that of the E-biker generating a support that dominates every terrain and every pace.

3 Battery For its E mountain bikes, FLYER relies on thereliable down tube battery PowerPack Perform-anceLine by Bosch. As lithium-ion batteries, thePowerPacks know neither self-discharge nor mem-ory eff ect and can easily be recharged, also par-tially, at any time directly on your E-bike.

High level of security and longevityThe Performance Line PowerPacks stand for op-timized range, high performance, extremely low weight and easy handling. Thanks to the carrying handle, the down tube battery can easily be in-serted and removed. The Battery Management Sys-tem protects the battery from overcharging, power drop, overheating and short circuit. The many quali-tative attributes of the PowerPacks ensure a high mileage over a long lifetime.

Volt, ampere and watt hoursThe operating voltage of the system is measured in volts (V). The charging level or capacity is ex-pressed in ampere hours (Ah). The energy content and thereby the size of the tank is described in watt hours (Wh).

RangeThe range depends on many factors. In addition to battery capacity, the selected motor support, the geographical conditions, the road surface, the rid-er’s weight, tail and head wind as well as the tyre pressure all play a crucial role.

CompatibilityThe batteries are only compatible within therespective product lines.

ChargerEach E mountain bike is shipped with the correct charger. The small and light charger is ideal for use on the move and ensures extremely short loading times: The PowerPack 400 Performance is charged to 80% after approx. 2 hours and fully chargedafter approx. 3.5 hours, as is the PowerPack 500 after approx. 4.5 hours.

The high-quality, hand-welded aluminium frames with smooth welded seams were developedespecially for use in E-MTBs. The FLYER frames consist of hydro-formed tubes. Pipes are laid inside the frame for optimal safety strength.

Our demands on sportive seats for MTBs are high: ergonomic, comfortable and effi cient. The saddlesby Ergon were developed especially for mountainbikers and have been tested by world cup teambikers.

FLYER uses hydraulic disk brakes by Shimano (SLX, XT or Saint). The disk brakes fulfil the highestrequirements and keep their braking power under regular care.

The suspension forks provide suspension travelsof 100 mm to 160 mm, depending on the intended application. That way they fly eff ortlessly overevery field and forest path.

The high quality tyres by Schwalbe ensure con-trol and maximum riding pleasure. With the Hans Dampf tyres, the FLYER Uproc6 is equipped for the perfect Trail Ride. Uproc3 and Goroc are equipped with the versatile Nobby Nic by Schwalbe.

The FLYER E mountain bikes are equipped with derallieur gears by Shimano – SLX, XT or XTR.

FLYER with pedal assist up to 25 km/h are mainly equipped with a pushing aid (up to 6 km/h).

10 Pushing/Setting-Off

For the full-suspension Uproc3 and Uproc6 E-Full-ies, the shock-absorber ensures a perfectly tunedsuspension, increases increases road grip, and gives more control on all terrain.
