This product started off very strong with 4.5 out of 5 in the favorable/must have toy

category, but in recent weeks it has fallen to a 2.5. We are pleased to see the manufacture getting involved and responding to some of the unhappy reviewers. They have offered assistance and training to help these folks enjoy this toy to it’s fullest. Another reason we love Amazon is the fantastic customer service and easy return policy if needed……based on the reviews I would buy warily……the reason I recommend this toy is, well it is #6 on the best seller list at Amazon and the reviews from the folks who love this and have no issues are very convincing.

I think the concept is great but it needs more QA!!We saw a demo at the NY big toy store. The lady doing the demo definitely made it like magic. Once your hand place under it’s feet it will fly a bit higher and it was like she had total control of it. But we saw the fairy fell on the floor a couple times we didn’t pay attention because it was just so magical. Both adults and kids were in awe. Then we
