• Pilot service across 20 pharmacies in 2012• GP resistance to service• Started 1st November 2012• Added in > 65s in December• Reviewed in February 2013• 232 vaccinations from 16 pharmacies• Public Health team happy with service

2013 Service
• Unable to get more than last year’s pilot repeated- “steady state” mentality
• 18 pharmacies selected• Most were involved in 2012• No training delivered• Started 4th October
