Coriolis Mass Flow CalibrationCoriolis flow meters are often used in critical applications where precision and performance are essential to the process. Our superior primary gravimetric calibration system is fully integrated to perform mass flow calibration on high end Coriolis flow meters, delivering an unmatched expanded uncertainty of ±0.02% O.R.

Our Anton Paar DMA450 density meter is one of the most accurate model on the market for density measurement. It has an impressive ±0.03% kg/m3 uncertainty with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.

Water Flow Calibration / Transfer Standard MeterOur TSM calibration system is a state-of-the-art water calibration bench capable of achieving optimal performances on volumetric and mass flow. We can service all major brands of magnetic flow meters, mechanical and positive displacement flow meters for non-lubricant fluids, rotameters, vortex, ultrasonic and most other types of volumetric flow meters.

Turbine and Positive Displacement Meters Calibration for Viscous Fluids Our ballistic primary standard calibrator is the perfect system to calibrate and prove turbine and gear flow meters used with hydraulic fluids or oils. It is specifically designed to offer exceptional accuracy and stability. Standard calibration fluids include: Solvents, MIL-7024 Type II, and many oil blends for specific viscosities. We can also apply Universal Viscosity Calibration techniques for viscosity/temperature sensitive turbine meters.

Our service relies upon the Anton Paar SVM3100 viscometer capable of achieving remarkable precision on kinematic viscosity and density with a traceability to ASTM standards.

Gas Flow Calibration SystemPolycontrols has emerged over the years as an authority in understanding thermal mass flow technology. We have mastered and set higher standards for the calibration of gas flow meters and controllers.

We are also the reference for the calibration of gas meters, having developed a unique procedure for the calibration of diaphragm and rotary meters.

Our standard calibration gases include Dry Air (D.P. -40C), Nitrogen, Argon, CO2, He and Hydrogen. We can calibrate all major brands and most gas flow technologies including thermal mass, laminar, Coriolis, sonic, turbine, variable area, orifice plate and much more.
