Tab

Click “Select None” Button

Select Desired Date, Instrument(s) and

Staff

Multiple Instruments

and Staff may be

Selected

Look for Common Availability

Astrios and Lester are Free 10am-12pmMouse-Over Existing

Appointment Areas

for Detailed Times (ie:

1p and 130p appear

the same on the

schedule)

Click “Schedule Appointment” Tab

Select Instrument and Click on

“View Schedule”

Click and Drag to Make an

Appointment

Select Reserve under Linked Schedule

Select the Appropriate Staff

Fill-In All Needed Information and

Click Save Reservation
