We want you to become comfortable and confident at each

level of certification.

We use smaller classes and focus the

instruction to your learning style. This will help you build and retain the

knowledge you need.

All of our education programs are designed by the Professional Associa-

tion of Dive Instructors (PADI). This is the most preeminent and well recog-

nized scuba diving training agency in the world.

Classes offered range from a Discover Scuba in the pool all the way through Divemaster. We have classes for kids

as young as 8 years old.

The scuba diving equipment our students use is the best

gear made by Scubapro. This well designed line will help

make your learning experience relaxing and fun.

Class Structure

Florida Underwater Sports is very flexible in structuring classes to fit student’s needs. By combining a variety of different teaching methods, we can craft a program to fit

your style of learning.

or allows you to train with your friends and family.

Artificial reef dives: These trips go out to a number of artificial reefs, wrecks, and shelfs. Did you know that the

reef system includes sunken barges, Army tanks, boxcars and many other items? Shark tooth expeditions: Looking for the really big teeth?

Have a great relaxing time in the water looking for fossil-ized shark’s teeth. These make a great holiday gift. Charter or beach dive available. Spear fishing only charters: Our captains are highly experienced spear fishers in the area and we can set up a spear only charter based on what you want. Schedule: Beach dives can be scheduled on fairly short

notice. Charter dives must be scheduled further ahead of time and are subject to availability. Rental gear is available to rent at a 10% discount off of the regular

rental schedule.
