This training is a joint effort to establish and reinforce crucial lines of communication between the private sector and

the Regional Operations & Intelligence Center (ROIC) through the Fusion Liaison Officer (FLO) Initiative. The

FLO initiative creates an expansive statewide network of personnel possessing diverse skill sets, by linking them

through the NJ ROIC, to provide an effective flow of information and knowledge throughout the network.

Attendees will be able to leverage this information network for their organizations and be able maintain a proactive

situational awareness in complex times.
