THREE LEVELS OF AIRSPASE MANAGEMENT IN UKRAINE
ASM Level 1
ASM Level 1
ASM Level 3
Strategic (State Aviation Administration):• airspace structure approval;• establishment of airspace management rules and procedures;• establishment of airspace management rules and procedures for civil-military co-ordination; • establishment of airspace use priority rules;• monitoring of airspace management rules and procedures accomplishment.
Pre-tactical (Ukraerocentre, ACC):• daily airspace allocation between all airspace users on temporary basis in accordance with airspace management procedures and priority rules, established at ASM Level 1;• Airspace Use Plan (AUP) compilation and dissemination.
Tactical (Ukraerocentre, ACC):• tactical airspace allocation between all airspace users on temporary basis in accordance with AUP;• activation, deactivation of allocated airspace in accordance with AUP;• airspace re-allocation depending on current situation;• Updated Airspace Use Plan (UUP) compilation and dissemination.•.solving specific OAT/GAT traffic situations in real-time.

CDRsConditional Routes
TSA - Temporary Segregated Areas;TRA - Temporary Reserved Areas;R, D - Restricted and Dangerous AMC-manageable Areas.
CDR is an ATS route or a portion thereof which can be planned and used undercertain specified conditions.
CDR 1 - Category One - Permanently Plannable CDR;CDR 2 - Category Two - Non-Permanently Plannable CDR, andCDR 3 - Category Three - Not Plannable CDR.
RCAReduced Co-ordination
Airspace
RCA - Reduced Co-ordination Airspace - is a portion of airspace of defined dimensions within which GAT is permitted to fly "off-route" without requiring GAT controllers to initiate coordination with OAT controllers.
