Main services provided in Eastern Europe:

• Temporary Service: Flexible staffing service backed by customized skills evaluation, transparent costs

and simplified invoicing. Client-companies work with a single point of contact that delivers high calibre

associates within guaranteed time frames.

• Permanent Placement: A dedicated Adecco consultant makes onsite visits to the client and learns their

requirements in order to provide a qualified shortlist of career-minded candidates. The consultants handle

the details at every stage – from private interviewing facilities to regular service monitoring and reviews.

• Outsourcing: It is an end-to-end solution for project management. Adecco recruits the right people,

trains them, supplies the necessary technical infrastructure, manages them and ensures the end goals set

by the clients are diligently met. Adecco is responsible for all details of the project organization; the client

only has to make sure they are well aware of their business requirements and operational goals, so that

Adecco can deliver them accordingly.

• Outplacement: Certified in outplacement programs consultants that take advantage of the expertise in

the field acquired by Lee Hecht Harrison, a subsidiary of Adecco Group and world leader in restructuring

services, ensure that client-companies can be reorganised successfully in case of restructuring and

support the reintegration of the employees in the job market.
