“End Game” is the owner’s second new Fleming 55. Created by Tony Fleming, drawn by Larry Drake, crafted by Tung Hwa, fine-tuned by a Dealerand Service Centre for use in our waters, and ultimately optioned and outfitted by thediscerning owner, “End Game” was evolved to cruise from the Gulf of Alaska to the Sea ofCortez and to visit places along the way that could not be reached any other way in such safetyand comfort. Kept in a boatshed for protection from the elements, serviced by the AuthorizedFleming Service Centre, Delta Marine in Sidney, and improved with continual additions sincefirst launch, “End Game” is remarkable. In superb condition and amazingly well equipped, sheis ready to serve a new owner. A hallmark of Fleming is the rich teak interior, including teak and holly sole. The wood isexquisitely shaped and worked by true craftsmen, and finished to the highest standard. "EndGame" features extra teak, particularly in the areas of optioinal teak deck cladding and in theVIP Guest Cabin (and passageway) - to further enrich the Fleming experience! Note the brushedstainless hand pulls, Imtra satin SS light switch covers, bright SS light trim and even hidden SSscissor hinges specified throughout the vessel.

The vessel is air conditioned throughout, but also features a hydronic furnace system with zonetemperature control in salon, pilothouse and each cabin. The system is quiet, and provides thekind of heat that warms people and surfaces, rather than the air.

All lighting is LED, including the navigation lights, interior lights, courtesy and accent lights,and even the DC engine room lights. Where appropriate, the lights are on electronic dimmerswitches.

Each area of the vessel has speakers - carefully selected for the size and shape of the area - andthe source of music can be controlled via iPhone or iPad by the person enjoying that space. Soa Mozart CD may be loaded and spinning in the salon and listened to in the guest cabin, andthe iPod Cool Jazz playlist in the background through the salon and aft deck, while the guestchildren rock to Internet radio, say CBC 3 on the flybridge. A system that engages, welcomes,invites guests to simply add their iPod to the mix, and bring their music along. And so easy touse, it has made the Sonos wireless network renowned!

The soft furnishings are quite stunning. Carefully selected with the guidance of an interiordesigner to enliven and enrich the vessel - from the striped Sunbrella on the flybridge to the



pillows and shams through the cabins, each space has its own character, its own bright,engaging style.

Throughout there are other conveniences such as:

• Charles phone intercom/telephone sytem, with handsets throughout, and which maybe connected to a cellular network

SalonSalon

From the spacious aft deck - which seems to flow into the salon - enter double sliding doorsinto the sumptuous and richly furnished salon, with custom bar with wine cooler and a generousL-settee to port. Note the Fleming table, which drops down and out from the settee to form acoffee table, and the three custom teak stools that store under the table out of the way or drawup to the table for dinner or board games. The optional built in cabinetry across from the setteefeatures an entertainment centre in the forward locker and, in the centre, an electric TV lift.Details include:

GalleyGalley

The Galley is thwartships, forward of the salon, and is sensibly located on the main deck wherespace is the greatest for this important area and motion is minimal. The cooking and clean uparea is U-shaped, port side. Across is the refrigeration and the place setting locker, convenientto setting table in the salon, or up in the pilothouse or fly bridge. The standard galley isoutstanding, and the "End Game" galley is much refined with a number of additions:

• "Imperial Black" granite countertops, with teak sea rail

• Bosch induction HOB stove top - efficient electric heat that features instant heatcontrol and is safe - cool to the touch. A dedicated inverter can power two of theburners in the absence of AC power, so a guest can make a late cup of tea, or theskipper an early breakfast without a need to start a genset



• Miele convection oven

• Miele dishwasher, teak paneled

• Seagull water filter with separate tap (also filters fridge ice maker water)

• Broan trash compactor

• Sharp convection/microwave with stove fan

The companionway leads down from the galley to a passage forward to the accommodations,including a master cabin forward with the ensuite head and shower, a VIP guest cabin aft toport, and a guest/day head with shower stall, a laundry unit, and a third guest cabin tostarboard.

Forward is the Master Cabin featuring the centre line queen berth, extensive lockers, drawers,and hanging lockers and a generous ensuite with shower stall. VIP GUEST CABIN

Aft of the Master to the port side is the VIP Guest Cabin. Fleming provided a sumptuousoptional layout featuring a queen berth outboard and a slide out single berth above, which isunobtrusive when not in use. Inboard is a teak desk, with lockers, adjustable shelving for booksand magazines. Note the large hanging locker, drawers, locker and drawer storage, and built innight table. Other custom features:

• Additional teak on aft and outboard bulkheads, even behind the book shelves

• Sirius Satellite radio receiver

THIRD GUEST CABIN

The Starboard Guest Cabin is the standard Fleming arrangement and has a lower berth withnight vanity, and pull out upper berth, lockers and dressing mirror. Note the custom teakcabinet extension to house and direct sound from Altec Lancing speaker bar! A Sirius Satelliteradio receiver is fitted by the head of the main berth.

Fly Bridge and Boat DeckFly Bridge and Boat Deck

The Fly Bridge is spacious and exceptionally comfortable, with excellent running visibility fromthe raised double helm seat. Striped Sunbrella fabric adds to the sense of pleasure, withseating to both sides of the table. Fitted to the FRP radar arch is a custom SS arch, providing abase for the ship's antenna. Aft of the arch extends a canvas Bimini, self supporting to the arch,



and forward is a large Bimini. The owner wished to have sun or shade on the fly bridge, andarranged for the installation of a hydraulic system to open and close the forward Bimini with thetouch of a button! Note the following features/options:

The Cockpit is spacious and intimate to the ocean around, and, like all outside spaces on theF55, is safe and secure with teak clad decks, safety rails and high bulwarks. The teak caprail,clear of any fittings, is broad and magnificent with multiple coats of fresh varnish - perfectlymaintained in a boatshed. The cockpit is accessed by the wide fibreglass swimgrid, through agenerous transom gate. Note the side gates for ease of boarding or stepping to the dock tosecure mooring lines. Further features:

Electronic and Nav SystemsElectronic and Nav Systems

The Nav Systems and Electronics were chosen and laid out for ease of use, dependableoperation, complete integration, yet total redundancy if back up is required. The highest qualitycomponents and latest available models were chosen, such that virtually all units remaincurrent. Great care was taken in the logical, mirror image layout of screens and controls.

Pilothouse

• Two 19" Nauticomp glass bridge screens and two 15" Nauticomp glass bridgescreens. Each screen can be set up to display a variety of inputs, from nav systems(Furuno or PC) to camera to entertainment systems. These screens are dimmableand designed for night operation capability.

• Two x ICOM IC-M604 VHF, c/w Hail and ICOM HM162 command mike located closeat hand to helm

• Furuno NavNet 3D black box, Furuno DR5HA radar, chart plotter (radar overlay)complete with charts, 2 x GPS WAAS antenna, and DFFI network

EntertainmentEntertainment

"End Game" features a lavish entertainment system, subtly installed as to be heard and notseen, with components largely out of sight in cabinets, or subtlely built in. To watch TV in thesalon, a Bennett TV lift raises the Sharp Aquos 32" 1080P HD flat screen TV from the centre ofthe cabinet, across from the settee. From here, it is a matter of selecting your entertainmentfrom one remote, a programmed Harmony One with touch screen. Touch "Watch TV", and theTV, Marantz HDMI AV receiver, Bell receiver and KVH satellite dish all turn on ready to selectthe afternoon opera. Or touch "Watch a DVD" button, and everything switches over to the newsource, the 200 movie DVD library - a Kaleidoscope unit that is packed full of movies - and sitback and choose a film to enjoy (in the salon, pilothouse or master cabin).

Touch “Digital Music” and a world of music opens up in the salon! Now the Sonos wirelessmusic network awakens and offers up a wide variety of music sources – the iTunes library onthe PC, Sirius Satellite Radio, an iPod, or CD or DVD or Internet Radio. The salon becomes oneof the several listening zones on the yacht that can be used independantly or joined togetherinto group zones – the cockpit, fly bridge, pilot house, foredeck or in any of the sleepingcabins! Each zone has expertly selected speakers for the space at hand, and installed to beunobtrusive, almost out of sight. Audiophiles will appreciate the brand names: Orb, AltecLansing, Bose, rbh, Paradigm! Use your iPad or iPhone or a Sonos Controller wherever you may



be in “End Game” to choose and control the music source. It is so simple, even an adult canmake work.

Electrical SystemElectrical System

The Fleming Electrical system is known to be a robust design, complicated in layout butremarkably friendly to use.

110VAC and AC220V and 24VDC panels, with circuit protection, are located in the pilothouse.Part of the AC panel is devoted to light loads which can be powered by the inverter. AC power isprovided by shore connection, the 5KW and 17.5KW generators, and by the 3500W Outbackinverter (a separate 3500W Inverter was installed dedicated to two elements of the HOBstovetop). 24VDC power is provided by AGM batteries as follows: a house bank comprised of 6AGM batteries providing 600 amps @ 24VDC; engine start bank of 2 x 8D batteries (24VDC)for each engine. The port start bank powers the port engine, the port genset, and the sternthruster. The starboard start bank powers the starboard engine, the starboard genset and thebow thruster.

Note the engine start banks also service the thrusters, one bank to each thruster.

Note also that the AC system includes isolation transformers with a Charles AC Auto Controllerwhich automatically selects which AC power source the vessel is to use. There is one AC inlet atthe bow, and one at the stern. One can plug in Fleming supplied custom shore power cables ina variety of configurations into dock outlets, depending on what service is available. Thetransformers will automatically step the power up to 220VAC, as required by the vessel. Anexample might be having two 30amp outlest on the dock. By plugging in two 30 amp shorecords, the converter will convert the power to that required by the vessel. This system is safeand reliable, and seemless in operation and ease of use.

The battery banks are charged through a battery Export that charges all banks evenly as thedemand requires. The charge sources are: heavy duty alternators on the engines of 240amp24V each when one or both engines are running, the charge side of the Outback inverter, whenshore power or genset power is available. There is a back up 60 amp charger wired directly tothe batteries in case on an issue with the inverter charger. There is a 24V alternator on eachgenset.

Cummins QSC 500hp common rail, electronicly controlled diesel engines, fresh water cooledthrough heat exchangers with AIRSEP air filters. The engines have been professionally servicedand maintained by Delta Marine Service, the Cummins dealer in Sidney, BC on an annual basis,including March 2013 (mains and gensets). There are only 1275 hours on each.

• Engine room suction manifold for hot air discharge

• Firebouy auto shut down fire extinguishing system, with alarms at both stations

HeatHeat

The heat system is a Hurricane Hydronic Diesel Fired Furnace with remote cabin heatersthroughout the vessel. There are digital thermometers to control temperature in different zones



of the boat. The install is significant, involving initial set up at the yard providing space and aplatform in the engine room for the unit and running high temperature Silicon hose and wiringto different zones. The hot water tank was spec'd with the heat exchanger element so that thefurnace will heat domestic water without the engines or genset running. An AC element uses thefurnace heat distribution when plugged into shorepower, to provide warmth for winter boatstorage. Note the hand built teak air vents throughout the vessel. The heater was servicedMarch 2013.

• 20 gallon Torrid hot water tank, plumbed with heat exchanger
