Envision Envision Fleet Manager Managing a fleet of aircraft requires the ability to manage complex maintenance programmes and airworthiness related inspections across multiple aircraft types and multiple programmes and develop the technical library to document each and every programme. Fleet Manager combines these tools with functionality of ADOC support and offline remote updates. Managing airworthiness data is required to ensure compliance with requirements issued by external organisations such as EASA 145 Part M, but without the ability to forecast when these requirements might affect your operation, there is no ability to choose the best course of action. Envision provides you with the tools to visualise the maintenance forecast and use it to create a maintenance plan. The forecast screen can be modified to account for a total fleet, one aircraft, one component type, one inspection, multiple usage scenarios and the inclusion of open defects. When coupled with Operations Manager, the planned maintenance visits are visible on the operations planning boards. Maintenance programme creation, revisions and the approval process has been developed with efficiency in mind. The forms necessary for draft revisions approval by the authority are automatically generated during the act of revising tasks. Combining the ability to place aircraft on planned programmes whilst operational on approved programmes delivers the ability forecast against planned scenarios. Airworthiness Directive and Service Bulletin assessment is handled by a simple process to create a task and schedule it against the aircraft or component within the fleet. Sophisticated rules based tools define the level of frequency, nature of implementation and the effect of one inspection upon the action of another. Publication tracking allows for the electronic storage of documents and tracking by copy holder of all versions of documents. Publications can be linked to tasks developed for the completion of Engineering Orders. Automatic notification of new revisions of publications can be directed via your e-mail system.
