The SHAREaCAMPER Fleet Insurance Policy covers your vehicle against: 1. accidental loss or damage caused in an accident during the rental period; and 2. third party liability for negligence causing accidental damage to third party property during the rental period (up to a maximum of NZ$20,000,000). whilst the vehicle is being used within New Zealand, including whilst in transit between the North and South Islands of New Zealand.. Please note, that this policy is only active when: the vehicle was booked through and paid for, the SHAREaCAMPER platform and the vehicle is provided to a traveller who has signed the SHAREaCAMPER rental agree- ment and handover report. Any claims made under SHAREaCAMPER’s Fleet Insurance Policy will not affect your own personal insurance. Please be aware that this policy does not cover: general wear and tear; damage resulting from mechanical issues; retrieving or recovering a vehicle which may include, but is not limited to, a vehicle that has become bogged, submerged, caught, trapped, stuck or restricted in any way and / or has been abandoned, in each case in circumstances within the control of the traveller; any loss or damage to any personal belongings or property of the Traveller (or any per- son or entity related to the traveller); any costs claimed by the Traveller, including but not limited to the following: - accommodation or replacement vehicle costs that the guest incurs as a result of an accident or mechanical breakdown of the hired vehicle; - any compensation for loss of time or travel delay; This policy excludes renters / drivers under 21 years of age. Please always double check the driver’s age during the handover process and note down the date of birth on the handover report. In the event of a covered damage, it is at the insurance provider’s discretion to either:• repair or pay the cost of repairing the damaged portion of your vehicle or • pay you the current market value of your vehicle

In the event of damage, please follow these steps:1. Contact SHAREaCAMPER’s customer service team immediately after you discover the

damage. You will have to provide: - a filled-out handover report (signed by both parties); - photos of the damage; and - a quote for repair costs (in some circumstance, two quotes might be required)

2. Complete and submit the insurance claim form provided by SHAREaCAMPER3. The insurance provider will then be in contact with SHAREaCAMPER to assess the da-

mage to your vehicle and to help organise repairs with your chosen repairer, or suggest a repairer that is part of the insurance provider’s network.

Correctness of Statement and FraudAll statements made by you, or on your behalf, on any of SHAREaCAMPER’s forms, SHARE-aCAMPER’s website, rental agreement or claim form, must be complete and correct in all respects. If any insurance claim is supported by any incorrect information or statement, all benefits will be forfeited.

intended or expected by you. 2. Vehicle means the vehicle as described in your rental agreement and includes accesso-

ries, meaning items that are permanently fitted to, or were sold with, the vehicle you have hired and any parts that attach to them (limitations apply).

3. Accessories mean items that are permanently fitted to, or were sold with, the vehicle and any parts that attach to them (limitations apply):a. appliancesb. fixtures, fittings, furniture, furnishings, awnings and equipment originally supplied

with, or fitted following purchase of the vehiclec. telephones or any other communication systemsd. aerials and satellite dishese. navigation systems or radar detectorsf. reversing camerasg. solar power systemsh. tools and breakdown equipment permanently kept in your vehicle, whether manu-
