THE NEXT STEPS

Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of £15.00 per person within seven days of booking to secure the space. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the requests for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders by Saturday 1 November.

Please submit meal pre-orders two weeks prior to the event you are attending, the hotel reserves the right to choose the default option if not received. Once full payment has been received no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made. The hotel should be made aware of dietary requirements at least two weeks before the event.

Celebrate this joyful season at Hilton London Gatwick Airport and enjoy the perfect Private or Joiner Christmas Party. Join a festive party in one of our flexible function rooms, including the Ascot Suite – our most versatile room accommodating parties of up to 320 people. A sparkling welcome drink will begin the celebration, followed by a spectacular three-course meal. After your dinner, put on your dancing shoes and dance the night away with our DJ.

Joiner Parties If you are interested in taking part in our Joiner Parties, we have designated dates available. Join us on Wednesday 10 and Friday 12 December, with welcome drinks starting at 7:00pm.
