Assumptions

# For the project to be successful the customer must fulfil the following obligations

1 Customer to finalise license agreements and get staging environment from Oracle for Fusion ERP Financials prior to start of implementation

2 Arrange for a project executive sponsor and project steering committee

3 Assign a project manager to lead your staff’s efforts

4 Assign experienced and empowered business and IT users to work closely with Britehouse consultants according to project plan (some full-time allocation may be necessary at times)

5 Perform certain project tasks according to project plan such as: Provide data in format specified by Britehouse | Customer side of integration | Perform validation | End user training

6 Process standardisation across the organisation has to be done by the customer prior to start of the engagement

7 Provide timely sign off of the deliverables within the timeframe agreed upon before start of engagement

8 Project resources from client available to participate

9 Required connectivity to the relevant Cloud instances to be provided by the client

10 Provision of a suitable office space (including general office equipment such as desks, chairs, printers, telephones, fax machines and parking)
