Request. Top left click new. This will open an excel spreadsheet that can be edited. When complete just click save. Make sure to use a unique name to save the file as. Your save will fail if you try to overwrite another document. A possible naming convention could be Brian Rood-3BCT4ID HST- 5Aug13. No matter what name you use we will be able to track down your request, though using a proper naming convention makes things easier.

• Submit Travel Request is currently not active, if you wish to test the system submit any requests you want (you do not need to fill out spreadsheet just save it). The test data will be cleared out when this goes active.

• Mange Travel Request – used by HQs in receive and approve travel requests.
