Why there is pop-up occurs to Turn ON Location services while application is using in device supporting version 6.0 Marshmallow?

ReasonAs of the Marshmallow release, Google has

changed the permissions required for Bluetooth syncing.

• Location must be Turned ON as of the Android 6.0 update in order to sync.

• We identify trackers (called a MAC address) is no longer the real address.

Solution

Connected if Location Services Turned ON

Cannot able to sync the data in the app, why?

Check the following, in case data cannot be synced

BT Range 10m

Phone’s BT is switched on.

Check whether Band and phone is in BT range or not

Check whether the Band is connected with Application or not

Why Fitrist Pulzz is not discoverable in the application, cannot able to connect?

Perform the following, in case not able to Connect

Delete all paired Fitrist Pulzz devices

from phone BT settings

Then again try to connect the band

through Application

Check if yours Fitrist Pulzz not connected with

some other device.

First of all Clear all BT cache memory

For establishing connection

between Pulzz and Application

Why Data sync shows incorrect data in the app?

Data sync show incorrect data for two reasons

Due to Personal User Profile not set correctly. So, set your personal profile first with all correct details.

After setting your personal profile then click on below Option Synchronize Smart Band

How to monitor Heart rate from Fitrist Pulzz?

For monitoring heart rate wear band one finger up from wrist. Click the single touch screen on the band 7 times until you see Heart rate icon. Long

press the single touch icon on the screen (say about 3 seconds) to start heart rate monitor. after when you get the heart rate data stop the heart rate monitor by pressing again on single touch

screen.

I have an Android and IOS Phone, what will be the notification difference with Fitrist Pulzz?

For Android:- Call /SMS Notifications will be with Number and Name display if contact is saved in phone.

For IOS:- IOS user will get incoming call notification by call icon if contact number is save if contact number not save complete number will display on wrist.

Do I have to connect my Fitrist Pulzz again, when I was out and back in range of Smart Phone?

No, Fitrist Pulzz will Auto connect with the Smartphone when comes in range within 40-50 seconds.

FitRist Pulzz Alarms you about, going away from the BT Range of Smart Phone.

The Vibration can be Controlled ,from Enable & Disable Vibration option in

application.

I have an Android 4.4 device but still it do not connect….Why?

FitRist connects to Smart Phone by Bluetooth Technology.

Always check if your smartphone supports BT 4.0 (Bluetooth Low

energy ) as well, apart from Android Version

How and What can be controlled in Music by Fitrist Pulzz?

Click the button on the band 6 times until you see music icon. Long press the music icon (say about 3 seconds) to reach sub menu.

Take the control on the option you want to use (forward, backward, play/pause, go back) and long press for about 3 secs to perform the task.

Can I capture Photo and Video on Phone with Fitrist Pulzz?

meaning it can be worn in

drizzling rain or in Humid

How you can increase the accuracy of Steps, Distance and Calories?

Accuracy can be increase by setting actual Stride in Profile setting and for stride calculation perform the below steps:-

Fix any distance of 20m, 30m, 50, 0r 100m

Count the steps while walking into fix

distance and note down the steps count.

Do this observation at least 5 times and note

down each observation of steps.

Calculate the average of steps noted by using formula:-
