University School of Law and Legal Studies was established in 2001, with an objective
to run 5-year integrated professional law courses and to serve as an institute of advanced
legal studies. It was first University Law School in the NCT of Delhi, in the vicinity of the
Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, various subordinate courts, commissions, tribunals, and

A well qualified and experienced faculty is the backbone of our law school, which seeks to
instill human values for the all-around development of a legal professional, building up the
temperament, personality, and capacity to work in a team, promoting creativity and trouble-
shooting ability within a disciplined life frame, with a sense of responsibility and
responsiveness. The curriculum is designed and enriched with professional support and
participation. The pedagogy is heavily interactive with a practical orientation, thus helping
them in developing their competency and realizing their full potential to contribute to the

The current batch of 2016-21 is passing out. We look back with a touch of nostalgia
to the batch achievements, events and activities. The brochure showcases the profiles of
individual students of the passing out batch.
Five years in the University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGS Indraprastha

personality. Regular internships, woven in with their curriculum, prepares them for the
professional world. Their various activities in the different clubs of the University students have
given them a balanced perspective, outside of the law. They have a strong connection with
creative, theatrical, literary and musical pursuits, in addition to the other on-campus students’
cultural festivals.
The students have excellent academic exposure. They have exposure to writing articles
and attending various seminars and conferences at national and international level. They
