Fischtechnik International Engineering (FTIE) fish grading machines are developed to grade every commercially
important fish species from 1g up to 10 kg into three to four sizes. Due to the patented Fischtechnik belt-grading
system fish are graded gently and with high precision.
Standard machines are
equipped with inflated
tires to allow easy trans-
portation. Special installa-
tions in combinations with
fish pumps or air lift ag-
gregated on trailers or
rafts/boats are possible
and in long time opera-
tion.
For grading high volumes of fish, graders can be
fed by fish pumps or air lifts, small machines
conveniently by hand netting.
Fish Grading Machines
All FTIE fish graders are made of seawater resistant aluminum. Machines and motors are maintenance free and easy
to regulate and operate.
Fish graders are manufactured in our own production. Various modifications can be realized to meet your special
needs. Double belted machines increase capacity, special dewaterer inlet hoppers absorb even big amounts of wa-
ter being delivered with a fish pump. Special chosen fish counters give perfect control of the grading process.

Standard machine for fingerling and smolt
production. More than 200 machines are
already in use for grading salmon, trout, sea
bream, carp and other species.
Due to little turnovers with small fish this
grader is usually fed by hand netting. It can
easily be operated by a single person.

Size range 1—1500/2500g
Most successful model for grading all commercially impor-
tant fish species from fingerling to market sized fish. The grader is equipped with a large inlet hopper to be
fed by high performance fish pumps.
FGM 5
Size range 2-2500g
Double belted grader for very high turnover
per hour with Fischtechnik grading precision.
This grader is perfectly suited for big fish farms.
