PR, Publicity & Fundraising Throughout the year we have benefitted from excellent press and radio

coverage especially in relation to our Fundraising activities.

We’re indebted to over 20

agencies who have referred

clients to us.

Bridgnorth Food Bank aims

to provide short-term

assistance and 74% of

clients do not require our

help after a 1 month period.

However in recent weeks

we have noticed an

increase in the length of

support required often due

to complications or delays

with Benefits Support.

Whilst our primary “target

area” is Bridgnorth we have

helped other people from

neighbouring areas as and

when we can.

Because some people in

rural communities aren’t

easily able to get to

Bridgnorth when we are

open, we are now looking at

ways of providing more local

collection points.

Please note: the analysis above excludes the 40+ emergency

food parcels issued on our behalf by participating agencies.

In addition there are numerous individuals - too many to list here - who have

regularly donated produce and financial help, often on a regular weekly or

monthly basis. We thank you all for your generosity.
