Homework High school classes typically have homework

every night Expect to spend at least 30 minutes per day for

each class completing homework and studying Doing your homework every day is the best

way to pass a class Turn in homework ON TIME

Finals Each class will have a final exam Semester grades are made of 2 quarter grades

and a final exam Ex. Q1 + Q2 +Final = Semester 1 Grade

The final exam will comprise a substantial portion of your semester grade, 20% for example

Promotion/Credits/Graduation Students need 220 credits (a class is 10 credits) and

to pass the CAHSEE to graduate

PowerPoint Project You and your partner will create a short PowerPoint

presentation to share with all students on Wednesday, August 9th.

The purpose of this project is to introduce your partner to the large group. Be creative and have fun!
