DAY 2-Trip to DelhiSightseeing Tour of

DelhiThe tour will begin with a visit to Raj Ghat, a simple memorial to Mahatma Gandhi; drive past the Red Fort continuing to the Jama Masjid by bicycle rickshaws, one of Asia's largest mosques.

The magnificent Red Fort, overlooking the river Jamuna was built during the years 1638 - 48 when the Moghul Empire was at its peak. The tour continues to Jama Masjid, one of Asia's largest mosques and which is viewed from the outside.

Imperial Delhi will include the Qutub Minar, the tallest stone tower in India. The tour also includes a drive past the imposing India Gate, the Parliament building and the Rastrapathi Bhawan, the President's residence.

DAY 3-Dehi-VaranasiVaranasi or Banaras is known to be one of the oldest living cities in the world. The city is perfectly and picturesquely situated on the bank of river Ganges. Mark Twain once wrote "Varanasi is older than history, older than tradition, older even than legend and looks twice as old as all of them put together." Vamana Purana Says Varuna and Assi River were originated from the body of the primordial person at the beginning of the time itself. These two streams still flow in the north and south of the city.

From time immemorial it has been a great religious Centre for Hindus and one of their most sacred places of pilgrimage, being visited by millions of people every year. For a first time visitor it will be a breathtaking experience.

DAY 4-Varanasi-Khajuraho The troop will be taken to the Daswamedh Ghat and you will be taking a boat ride. Here you will witness the rituals of one of the most important and oldest religion. Reaching the banks of river Ganges before sunrise will give an unforgettable experience.

Take a boat and reach the middle of the river and see the sight of sunrise unfolding before you. In the background you will notice the chanting of mantras in the temples all across the bank of Ganges. While walking back you will notice the growing crowds at the shops will be open and many faithful worshippers and devotees will come to offer prayer to Kashi Vishwanath. Take a bow while getting back to the hotel.

DAY 5-Khajuraho-JhansiOrchha is a place founded by Bundela chief Rudra Pratap Singh, the first king of Orchha. He also built the fort of Orchha. Apart from this fort you can also visit Chaturbhuj Temple which was built during the time of Akbar.

Enjoy your lunch at Orchha.

We will move towards Agra by a Deluxe Train and will reach Agra in the evening.

Mughal Emperor Akbar and Shah Jahan transformed this little village of Agra into a second capital Mughal empire. At that time it was known as Dar-ul-Khilafat (seat of the Emperor). This wonderful place enchants the travellers through the mesmerising marble built Tajmahal and huge red sandstone built Red Fort.

DAY 6-Trip to Agra Sightseeing tour of Agra

Tajmahal:-This wonderful architectural monument does not need any introduction. This is the raison-de-etre for every tourist's visit to Agra. This has been rated as the finest example of Mughal Architecture. The style incorporates Persian, Turkish and Indian Architecture.

Agra Fort:-Agra Fort or Red Fort of Agra was built by the greatest Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565 AD on the right bank of the river Yamuna. The Fort is made up of red sandstone. The huge and strong fort encompasses within its enclosure walls of 2.5 km. This larger than life citadel comprise a beautiful Palaces like Khas Mahal, Diwan-e-khas, Diwan-e-aam and many more place to be visited.

DAY 7-Agra-JaipurJaipur is the capital of the state of Rajasthan a romantic realm of resplendent palaces, mighty fortresses and regal Maharajahs that lies in the western deserts and is an utterly unique part of India. Proudly belonging to the KSHATRIYA warrior caste and fiercely independent, the Rajput princes made fearsome foes. However, many of them realized that to maintain their wealth and authority locally, it was expedient to proclaim allegiance to the central power. Thus, many enjoyed a privileged position under the Mughal emperors and also the British Raj that followed.

DAY 8-Trip to Jaipur Sightseeing tour of Jaipur

City Palace:-A delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture, the City Palace sprawls over one-seventh of the area in the walled city. It houses the Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum.

Hawa Mahal:-The ornamental facade of this "Palace of Winds" is a prominent landmark in Jaipur. It is a five-storey structure of sandstone plastered pink encrusted with fine trelliswork and elaborate balconies. The palace has 953 niches and windows. Built in 1799 by Pratap Singh, the Mahal was a royal grandstand for the palace women.

Amber Fort Palace:- Amber is the classic romantic Rajasthani fort palace. Its construction was started by Man Singh I in 1592, and completed by his descendent Jai Singh I.
