food dollars STRETCH far enough? If you are pregnant or

have a child under 5 years old you may qualify for

WIC. For eligibility details, additional information, or to

Head Start Program: If you have a child between the

ages of 3 and 4 years old you could qualify for a FREE

center-based program through Mid-Sioux

Opportunity. They are also taking applications for Early

Head Start, serving pregnant women and children under
