Please note that during Thursday, 6/2 conferences from 1- 7pm, AFPCS will be holding a Uniform Swap Shop where parents can purchase USED AFPCS uniforms for $1 apiece. All uniforms were professionally cleaned and are in great shape to be used for next year . (sizes vary while supplies last) If you would like to donate uniforms, please bring them at this time. Uniform donations must be in “gently used” condition (no holes/rips, stains, etc), freshly washed and folded. Outstanding Fees/Invoices – Please note if you owe any money to the school (late fees, uniform rentals, class dues, etc.) You will be required to pay them in full in order to get your child’s re-enrollment paperwork. Report Card Conference Procedures

There will NOT be scheduled times for parents to arrive. Parents/Guardians will visit classroom teachers at any of the above times. Due to this open schedule, your teachers may not be available

immediately upon your arrival. Chairs will be set up in the hallways for parents/guardians to wait until your conference begins. Conferences will be taken in the order of arrival in 15-20 minute intervals, so

please sign in promptly outside of each classroom you visit.

REPORT CARD CONFERENCES REQUIRE PARENT ATTENDANCE.

Trimester 3 Report Card Conferences Times:

Summer Assignments

All students entering 4th – 8th grade will have a

summer reading and math assignment. These

assignments will be given out at report card

conferences. Please support us by encouraging

your students to take the assignments seriously

and finish them on time!

Students will be assessed on their work during the

first week of school.

Yearbooks

Yearbooks are here! Yearbooks will be distributed

on Tuesday, May 31st to all students that

purchased one. All 8th grade students who paid for

graduation dues will receive a yearbook.

Dress Down

All 4th – 7th grade students will be permitted to

dress down for $1 per day next week. All attire

must be school appropriate (shorts should be knee

length, no spaghetti-strap tank-tops, no flip-flops).
