The Institute for University Management and Leadership is a program of the INTER-AMERICAN ORGANIZATION FOR HIGHER EDUCATION (OUI-IOHE) established in 1983 to collaborate with member institutions in the process of training, improvement and consolidation of their academic and administrative leadership teams.
Mission
The IGLU attempts to contribute with the institutional development of the universities by using different change and learning strategies and interventions, with emphasis on humanism, quality, pertinence and inter-institutional collaboration.
