STRUCTURAL NOTES

1. The area under the foundation and 5' beyond shall be existing ground free of allorganic material and having a minimum bearing capacity of 2000 psf or structuralfill compacted to 95% of its modified proctor density.

2. All concrete shall have a minimum compressive strength of 3000 psi at 28 days.3. All reinforcing steel shall have a minimum tensile strength of 60,000 psi.4. The standard specifications of the florida department of transportation for road and

bridge construction, latest edition shall govern all construction, including materialsand workmanship, where applicable.

5. This structure has been designed in accordance with the 2014 Florida BuildingCode for 140 mph wind loads.

IRRIGATION NOTES:

1. The site is to contain 100% Irrigation Coverage via an efficient system utilizing standards common to the industry. Retro-fit and tie intoexisting irrigation system.
